Can cost centers be displayed on the invoice?
For all services of CloudConnected, it is possible to work with cost centers. You will always receive only one invoice per month from CloudConnected for all services per organization. For example, if you have multiple locations, it may be useful to work with cost centers.
How do cost centers work?
Each subscription can be linked to a Contact Person/Location and we can add a cost center to this Contact Person/Location. An extra page is then added to the monthly invoice where you see the total costs per cost center. You do not see a specification of subscriptions per cost center here. Do you also receive the UBL Invoice or via the PEPPOL network from us? Then your accounting package also sees the cost center per individually invoiced subscription and you can use this within your organization.
