Can KPN's Business TV also be used abroad?

No.

Due to content rights, it is not allowed to use KPN's Business TV outside the Dutch borders and therefore at foreign locations. For this reason, so-called geo-blocking has been implemented within the technical product for areas outside the Netherlands.

Please note

the special municipalities of the Caribbean Netherlands are also blocked.
