Connecting to a guest network

Welcome to this step by step guide on how to connect to a guest network.

Requirements:

- Device with network capability
- Email from someone inside the company your visiting
- Using a Edge browser is recommended.

Connecting to the Guest Wi-Fi:

Step 1: Find the guest network and connect to it.
Step 2: A splash page will be displayed automatically. If using an Apple device the Apple pop-up window will show the splash page.
Step 3: You need to enter your name and email address as well as the desired duration and click Continue.




A time interval between 30 minutes and 6 weeks can be chosen.

Entering a Sponsor email:

You will be prompted to enter a sponsor’s email. This is a email address of one of the employees at the company your visiting. The employee will receive a request email. You can browse the web once the request has been accepted.




We strongly recommend to use Edge as this is the browser the helpdesk supports the most.
