# Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

**Every HP product has a product number and unique serial number. Reference these numbers when working with customer support agents, finding drivers and support documents, servicing the product, or determining warranty status.**

### Notebook
Locate HP laptop computer product, model, and serial numbers on the label, from support apps, or in PC settings.

The model number provides the necessary series number to identify your computer. For example, if your model number is HP 15-af102us, the series name is HP 15-af100.
