How do you connect KPN Business TV?

Connecting Business TV
## Connecting KPN Business TV is very simple, there is also a step-by-step plan for this. Below is the step-by-step plan with clear information.**

Watch TV as you want. Interactive or your own content, KPN's Business TV makes it possible. The TV receiver is connected to the internet via an internet cable or wifi and to the TV via HDMI. The remote control works on the basis of Bluetooth. This means that the TV receiver does not need to be in a direct line of sight.

This is how you easily connect your TV receiver:
Remove the protective film and place the TV receiver.
Connect the internet cable to the network port (LAN) of the TV receiver or skip this step to use wifi.
Connect the HDMI cable to an HDMI port on the TV and to the TV receiver.

Insert the power adapter into the TV receiver (DCin) and into the socket. A blue light will light up on the TV receiver.
Select the correct HDMI input channel on your TV.

Insert the AAA batteries into the remote control.

Follow the instructions on the screen. Sometimes a software update is needed. In that case, a blue circle may be displayed for a few minutes.

Spinning circle with KPN logo? If you start up the TV receiver and there is a spinning circle on the screen for more than 2 minutes, check if the internet connection is active and open. A firewall may be blocking the connection.
