# How to reset your password for IT Glue

## Requirements:
- IT Glue account (see [How to sign up for IT Glue](/en/article/how-to-sign-up-for-it-glue-nb9oyq/))

### Opnieuw een wachtwoord instellen:

**step 1:** Go to https://cloudconnected.eu.itglue.com/?sso_disabled=true
**step 2:** Click on 'Forgot password?'

**step 3:** Enter the email address of your IT Glue account here. An email will be sent afterwards.
**step 4:** Go to the email from IT Glue Support and click on the link.
**step 5:** Enter a new password here.

**step 6:** Now go back to https://cloudconnected.eu.itglue.com/?sso_disabled=true and log in with your new password.
