How to sign up for IT Glue

Requirements:

- E-mail address e.g.: name@cloudconnected.nl.
- Invite e-mail.

Invite e-mail:

You will receive an email containing a link. When you click on it, you will be directed to the IT Glue sign-in page.

Sign in:

Fill in your details.

Create MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication):

Add IT Glue to your authentication app.

Instructions Microsoft Authenticator:

For Microsoft Authenticator, you need to follow these instructions:

Step 1: Add a new account.



step 2: Choose 'Other'.



step 3: Now scan the QR code that is on IT Glue and the account will be created automatically. A code will be generated.
step 4: Enter the code under the QR code from IT Glue.

Instructions Keeper:

For Keeper, you need to follow these instructions:

step 1: Open the Web vault or the Keeper application and open your IT Glue record. If you have not created this yet, you need to create a new record.
step 2: Druk op 'Twee-factorcode toevoegen'.



step 3: Choose 'Manual Entry'.
step 4: Now go back to the IT Glue website where the QR code is and press 'Show Setup Key'.
step 5: Copy this code and paste it under 'Secret Key'.



step 6: Press 'Add'. An additional field will now appear under 'Two-Factor Code'.
step 7: Click on the eye to see the code and enter it under the QR code in IT Glue.

Recovery Token:

After you have set up an MFA, you will be directed to your profile. Here, there is a message in yellow:
Click on the blue text and save this code well. This is how you get back into the account if the MFA code no longer works.
