# To upgrade your device from Windows 10/11 Home to Windows 10/11 Pro.

### Welcome to this step-by-step guide on how to upgrade your device from Windows Home to Pro.

### Requirement for the upgrade to Windows Pro:
- Working Windows 10/11 Pro license

### Steps to upgrade your device:
Please make sure you have an active Windows Pro license beforehand; otherwise, the steps won't work, and you will not be able to upgrade your device.

**Step 1:** On the bottom left of your screen, click on the "Start" button.

**Step 2:** Now you are in the settings. From here, click on "System" on the left side of the screen.

**Step 3:** From here, click on the option "Activation" when you scroll down.
**Step 4:** When you click on activation, you will see the following screen.
**Step 5:** Here, you have to click on "Change product key."

**Step 6:** Here, you have to fill in the product key and press activate.
**Step 7:** Windows 11 Pro is now activated!
