How to use Webex

Your organization can use Webex for all employees! Here you can find the instructions to use this program.

Requirements:

- Webex installed and logged in

How to call:

Once you open Webex you can click the calling tab. From there u can see the calling history and u can dial a number you want to call

Connecting to calling queues:

When you are in the call center and for example you go on a lunch break u want to disconnect from the calling queues. To do this u need to press the queues button and from there u can select your status and what call center u want to recieve calls from.

In call settings:

When in a call, you can press multiple options in the Webex calling screen such as mute, transfer calls and put people on hold.

General settings:

If you would like to access the general settings to change incoming call volume or the colour theme of Webex you can chance that in general settings. To access these settings check the screenshot bellow on how to.
