What to do when I used the wrong payment reference in a bank transfer?
You do not need to take action, as your money will be refunded within 2 business days. If the payment reference is wrong, we will not be able to match it to the webshop you want to pay.
Because of this, we will automatically refund the amount. You will soon find it back in your bank account.
You can then make the payment again with the right payment reference.
If the money has not been refunded to your bank account 3 business days since you made the bank transfer, please contact our Support team.
