CloudConnected suppliers can find information on this page

Due to the growth of our organization, the legal form of CloudConnected is changing. As of 2026, we will continue as CloudConnected B.V. In this article, you will find all the new administrative details, such as the new bank account number, Chamber of Commerce number, and invoicing instructions.

1. What is changing**?**
The sole proprietorship is being converted into a Private Limited Company (B.V.). This means that the continuity of the company is guaranteed and that nothing will change for you as a customer in terms of service provision.

  • Support: Telephone numbers and helpdesk entries will remain the same.

Frequently Asked Questions**

What is the** exact** effective date** of the B.V.?** There is a difference between the legal reality and the administrative processing:

  • Legal &** Tax** (1-1-2025):** The conversion to a B.V. has already been ratified retroactively as of 1 January** 2025** via a so-called "silent contribution". This means that the B.V. has been bearing the results for the law and the tax authorities since the beginning of 2025.
  • Administrative (1-1-2026): To keep the administration organized for you and us, it has been decided that the name change and new bank details on invoices will only take effect as of 1 January 2026.

Does the retroactive effect mean that** I** have to** adjust** old invoices** from 2025?** No, that is not necessary.Invoices that you received and paid to the sole proprietorship in 2025 remain valid. The administrative cut-off date for you as a customer is January 1, 2026. From that date, you will receive invoices from CloudConnected B.V. with the new payment details.

Do I have to re-sign my current contract?

No, due to the legal nature of the transfer (silent contribution), all rights and obligations will automatically be transferred to the B.V.

Will the** visiting address change?**
Our official registered business address remains at van Boetzelaerstraat 1 in Amsterdam, but for postal items we request that you use the PO Box address (see table above).

Do I** still** pay invoices via Mollie?** No. From 2026, you can make bank transfers directly to our new account number (NL41 REVO 5942 3154 93) quoting only yourinvoice number. This means we are moving away from the long payment reference, which makes paying easier for you.

I pay** via** direct debit,** will** this change?** No, this will remain unchanged. If you have given authorization, the direct debits will continue to be carried out by our payment partner Mollie. You do not need to take any action yourself; the payment will continue seamlessly.

I pay via iDeal/Wero/Creditcard, will this change? No, you can simply continue to pay our invoices via the payment link. You will then be taken to the Revolut or Mollie payment page.
