**In what ways can I receive invoices?**



At CloudConnected, invoices are sent exclusively digitally. You can receive them in the following ways:

By email in PDF
You will receive the invoice by email with the invoice in PDF as an attachment. Depending on the desired payment method, you can also click on the PAY NOW button in the email to pay the invoice directly online via, for example, iDeal.

By email in PDF & UBL
You will receive the invoice by email with the invoice in PDF & UBL as an attachment. The UBL file can be processed automatically by your accounting package, for example, Exact, Reeleezee or . This way, you don't have to do anything to book the invoice. If you also choose Direct Debit, you have automated the entire payment process.

Via the PEPPOL
network Peppol stands for Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line, and is a secure network over which e-invoices in UBL format are sent. Peppol was co-financed by the European Commission. In Belgium, this is done via the company number and in the Netherlands via the KVK or OIN number. If we have registered these from your organization, we can send the invoices via PEPPOL.

Can I provide multiple email addresses?
You can provide 1 email address per organization for receiving invoices. You can also provide 1 email address per organization where reminders of invoices should be sent.

I have not received an invoice.
How can I request a copy or specification of my invoice? You can request a digital copy or specification of your invoice via the SupportPortal. Here you can log in and you have insight into all your invoices.

For which business services can I receive my invoices by post?
At CloudConnected, you cannot receive invoices by post.
