Install Printix Application on MacOS

Install Printix Client for Mac

Download

On your mac computer:

Step 1: Open a web browser and enter the Printix Home of your work followed by /download
Example: cloudconnected.printix.net/download

Step 2: Select Download Printix Client.

Do NOT rename the file, as it will prevent it from working with your Printix Home.

Install

Open and run the downloaded file:

Step 1: Open Downloads, for example from the Dock at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Double-click CLIENT_{home}_{id}.DMG. After a few seconds the Printix Client dialog appears.

Step 3: Select and hold the Control ^ key and right-click the cardboard box icon (Printix Client.pkg), select Open With and then Installer.

Step 4: Select Open.

Step 5: If the Install Printix Client dialog does not open, then repeat step 2-4 or open Security & Privacy as described in Apple documentation:
Safely open apps on your Mac.

Step 6: In the Install Printix Client dialog select Continue. If you are asked to select a destination, select Install for all users of this computer, and then select Continue.

Step 7: Select Install.

Step 8: Enter your Password to allow installation. Select Install Software.

Step 9: Select Close to finish installing Printix Client.

Step 1: Open the Printix Client from the Applications folder in Finder.

Step 2: Click on Sign in with Microsoft. There sign in with the your company e-mail.

Once it has opened you can find the Printix client at the menu bar in the top of the screen.
