How to Use Ask IT in Teams

Open Ask IT

Step 1: In Microsoft Teams, look at the left-hand toolbar.

Step 2: Click on “Ask IT” — it’s pinned there for easy access.

Choose your way to communicate to us

There are multiple ways to reach out to our helpdesk.

·         You can call us.

·         You can schedule a remote support session.

·         You can also read FAQ.

·         You can chat with our helpdesk team.

Get Help Without Leaving Teams

Step 1: To chat with our representative please use navigate to the right part of the screen

Step 2: Click “New Chat”

Step 3: Start typing your problem or question.

Step 4: Once you described your problem hit “Send” button on the right.

No need to switch apps or submit tickets elsewhere. Simply ask your question and get answers — all right inside your Teams app. That’s It — You’re Ready to Go! IT support has never been easier.
