###### Open Ask IT
**Step 1:** In Microsoft Teams, look at the left-hand toolbar.
**Step 2:** Click on “Ask IT” — it’s pinned there for easy access.

There are multiple ways to reach out to our helpdesk.
·         You can call us.
·         You can schedule a remote support session.
·         You can also read FAQ.
·         You can chat with our helpdesk team.

###### Get Help Without Leaving Teams
**Step 1:**  To chat with our representative please use navigate to the right part of the screen
**Step 2:** Click “New Chat”

**Step 3: **Start typing your problem or question.
**Step 4:** Once you described your problem hit “Send” button on the right.
