Quick guide to Ask IT Portal

Welcome to Ask IT Portal at CloudConnected

At CloudConnected, we believe IT support should be simple, quick, and always within reach. That’s why we’ve made it easy to access our support portal using your browser.


Access via Web Portal

Step 1: Open your browser and go to https://app.supportportal.eu/

Step 2: Log in using your work credentials.





From the dashboard, you can submit a new ticket, track existing requests, or browse our knowledge base for quick answers.


How to Submit a Ticket

Once you're logged into the support portal.


Step 1: Look for the round icon with a thread in the bottom-right corner of the screen.




Step 2: Click on the icon to open the support chat window.




Step 3: Type your issue or question in the message box.



Your Tickets Overview in the Support Portal

Once you're logged into the support portal


Step 1: Navigate to the Support Tickets section — you’ll find this in the side bar on the left




Step 2: Inside the Support Tickets area, you’ll see three tabs.




Open – shows all active tickets that are currently being worked on.

Waiting – includes tickets that are pending your response or additional input.

Closed – lists tickets that have been resolved or completed.




Step 3: Click on any tab to view the corresponding tickets. You can open each ticket to see details, updates, and responses from the support team.




Other Menu Items

Here is what you can also find in your support portal:

  • Home: Navigate to the main dashboard of the support portal.
  • Applications: Access and manage available applications.
  • Microsoft 365 Status : Check current service status and issues for Microsoft 365.
  • Request Service: Submit service or support requests to IT.
  • Support Tickets: View and manage your support ticket history.
  • Microsoft 365 Updates: Stay informed on the latest Microsoft 365 changes.
  • Quick Starts: Find quick start guides for tools and services.
  • Infrastructure: Configure and manage infrastructure settings.
  • Usage: Track usage statistics and reporting.
  • Security: Review security alerts, settings, and reports.
  • Compliance: Monitor and maintain policy and regulatory compliance.
