Transferring Agreement between Companies

This article provides a step-by-step guide for customers of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) who wish to transfer an agreement between two entities. The process involves both entities' authorized signatories digitally signing a form, after which the contract is transferred within 10 business days. Please note that there is a one-time processing fee of 150 Euros for this service.

Process

Step 1: Preparation

Ensure that both entities involved in the transfer are ready and willing to proceed. This includes having the authorized signatories available to digitally sign the transfer form by e-mail.

Step 2: Create a helpdesk ticket

Create a Helpdesk case or sent an e-mail to helpdesk@cloudconnected.nl where you provide:

Current Account: Company Name / Name Contact / E-mail Contact / Authorized Signatory Full Name / Authorized Signatory E-Mail
New Account: Company Name / Registration Number / VAT ID / Name Contact / Phone Contact / E-mail Contact / Authorized Signatory Full Name / Authorized Signatory E-Mail

Step 3: Complete the Transfer Form
Both entities must fill out the necessary details on the form they will receive by e-mail. This includes the names of the entities, the details of the agreement to be transferred, and the contact information of the authorized signatories.

Step 4: Processing
Upon receipt of the form, our team will begin processing the transfer. This process typically takes up to 10 business days.

Step 5: Payment
A one-time processing fee of 150 Euros will be charged for the transfer to the New Accont. This can be paid via the payment methods available on our MSP portal.
