How does a user access the Letsignit Add-in from Outlook?

Outlook Desktop:

Step 1: The addin is accessible from the banner of a new email by clicking on "Preview my Letsignit signatures".
Step 2: By clicking on the addin, the addin will open in the right side panel.

Outlook online (OWA):

Step 1: The addin can be accessed from the options bar directly


Or by clicking on the 3 dots, then selecting the Addin Letsignit in the menu



Step 2: By clicking on the addin, the addin will open in the right side panel.

Outlook mobile:

Requirements for Lets Sign It on Outlook Mobile
Outlook application version
The version of the Outlook application must be at least 4.2352

To find out your application version:
Go to the "Help and comments" section, the application version is shown at the bottom of the page.


Check that the Add-in is visible in the add-ons

How do I know if the Letsignit add-in has been lowered on my mobile?

In the Outlook application (Android or iOS)
Go to the Settings / Add-ins section


Search for Letsignit Add-in among all the add-ins, it must appear checked.
