Access your E-mail Archive

Access Archive Mailbox



What is an e-mail archive?


A seperate mailbox with it's own quota. This does not impact the quota on your primary mailbox.)
It retains the same folder structure as your mailbox.
Once enabled for your account, the archive will automatically archive messages older than 2 years.

Outlook for Windows



Step 1: Open your Windows Outlook mail.
Step 2: In the folder list panel, locate the Online Archive folder.

Step 3: Optionally, explore existing Online Archive folder contents.
Step 4: Drag and drop email messages to and from your archive folder as needed.

Outlook for Mac



Step 1: Open Outlook for Mac.
Step 2: In the folder list, find and expand your Online Archive folder to see its contents.

Step 3: Drag and drop email messages to and from your archive folder as needed.

Outlook Web Access (OWA)



Step 1: Open your email with Outlook on the web.
Step 2: If enabled, you will see the In-Place Archive folder in your email folder list.

Step 3: To free up space on your device, move items into the In-Place Archive folder.

Searching the Online Archive



When searching for messages that have been moved into the Online Archive, you MUST select All Mailboxes (Outlook Desktop Clients) or All Folders (Outlook Web Access) for the search to include the messages located in the Online Archive
