How do I reset my password

How to reset your Office 365 password if you can't log in.

Click on the blue ''Reset it now'' button




Enter your email address here.




Enter the characters you see on your screen and click next.




You will be given 4 options to confirm the password reset. To do this, choose the third option.




Click on send notification and enter the random 2 digit code on the phone.




Once you have done this, you will need to verify again.
