How do you edit a Distribution List in Outlook?

:In Outlook, click on 'New Email' when you are going to create a new email to send. Once you click on this, a new email window will appear as you can see below.

:Click on the 'Address Book' button or the 'To' button to bring up the Address Book. Confirm that the Address Book is set to 'Global Address List


::In the search bar, type the first few characters to find the Distribution List to which you want to add/remove a user. We are going to add the user here. Once you have found the group you want to manage, right-click on it and click on properties.


:"Click on 'Modify Members...' to bring up the list of users so you can select who you want to add. Once you have done this, click on 'Add' in the next menu.


:Type the first few characters of the name of the user you want to add and select the user from the list. Double-click the name or click on add where the user's name is highlighted. You will see the names of the users you are adding right next to the add button.
After this, click on OK when you have selected all the users you want to add to the list."


:Click on Ok, Ok, and then on Apply to save your settings. Once you have done this, you are done.
