How To reset Your device and sign in with work account
Requirements:
- Company email e.g.: name@cloudconnected.nl.
- Company email and password
- A Windows machine with the latest updates.
How to Reset your Windows Device
Windows 10 instructions:
Option 1:
- Step 1: Select Windows logo Start button (Bottom left)
- Step 2: go to Settings
- Step 3: go to Update & Security
- Step 4: go to Recovery
- Step 5: Under Reset this PC, select Get started
- Step 6: You will see a “Reset this PC” window. In this window, choose Remove Everything:
- ** Step 7: **A “How Would You Like to Reinstall Windows” screen will appear. press on Local Reinstall
- Step 7: Follow the instructions further displayed on your screen to finish resetting your PC.
Windows 11 instructions: **
- Step 1: To begin the reset process, open the Settings app on your Windows 11 PC. Do this by pressing Windows+i keys at the same time.
- Step 2: In Settings, from the left sidebar, select “System.”
- Step 3: On the “System” page, click “Recovery.”
- Step 4: In the “Recovery” menu, next to “Reset this PC,” click “Reset PC.”
- Step 5: You will see a “Reset this PC” window. In this window, choose Remove Everything:
Remove Everything: Choose this option to remove your apps, settings, and even personal files.
- Step 6: A “How Would You Like to Reinstall Windows” screen will appear. press on Local Reinstall
- Step 8: Follow the instructions further displayed on your screen to finish resetting your PC.

How to setup your pc using your Working account.
- Step 1: When the device is fully reset you can go trough the starting setup once here there might be a option in the screen: Set up for personal use or set up for an organization. Choose Set up for an organization here.
- Step 2: When you chose set up for an organization you have to log in with your company email and Password.
- **Step 3: ** Now you are logged in in your work account on a new device.
